Yes. All bookings require a 20% non refundable deposit to secure your desired date.
Drinks are purchased and prepped in advance based on the number of guest quoted. No refunds as guest count are the responsibility of the client. However, you may take the extra drinks home if needed.
Standard events : 16oz.
High volume events (200 guest or more): 12oz to keep service fast and lines moving smoothly.
Absolutely! Write "Custom" when filling out your quote and we will give you a call to speak in detail about how to best elevate your event.
A tap cart provides more fast and efficent service while still serving high quality drinks by dispensing your custom beverage from a tap using Co2.
The Noir Bean is one of the first coffee carts in phoenix to offer only tap.
We cater corporate events, weddings, bridal showers, brand activations, baby showers, graduation parties and more.
All of our beverges are batched prior to the event and placed in kegs to handle high volume. Matcha is ALWAYS prepared and served same day.
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure youre date. One week is a sweet spot to ensure all product is in stock or can be restocked in time for your big event! Last minute bookings may be accomodated based on availablity.
We serve throught the phoenix metro and select destinations that can be found in our service area pages. For destinations such as flagstaff, seonda, tuscon, travel fees will apply.
We provide everthing! However, we do need a flat, accesible space for setup. Our tap system does not require electricity, making it easy to accommodate.
If your event is on the second floor, our cart must have access to an elevator large enough to fit the cart, Otherwise we will set up downstairs at the entrance where guest can get a beverage upon arrival.
Ofcourse! We can add personalized cups branding, menu branding and add your logo directly onto the cart as an add-on.
Our cart is built to handle large volume events! We are confident we can handle events of hight volume. refer to our "event packages" on our quote page to help determines the right size for your event.
Yes, we can offer hot chocolate and hot coffee, both of which can be customized by each guest. We do not currently offer espresso.
